Quick Answer

How much is nose filler in Gangnam, and what can it actually do?

₩250,000 ($180 USD) per 1cc buys non-surgical hyaluronic-acid nose filler at RE:BERRY in Gangnam, Seoul — a conservative amount of HA gel used to smooth the shadow of a small dorsal hump, add subtle bridge height, or give the tip gentle support. It refines a profile without surgery, but it cannot narrow, shorten, or rebuild a nose the way rhinoplasty can, and results cannot be promised. Because the nose sits over vessels that feed the skin and eye, the physician injects slowly with an anatomy-aware technique, and because it is HA the filler can be dissolved if there is ever a concern.

Effects & Progress

Effects & Progress

A small amount of hyaluronic acid smooths the shadow of a minor bridge hump or adds subtle height and tip support, refining the side profile in a single non-surgical session.

TimelineWhat to Expect
Right after

The shape change is visible immediately. Mild swelling or a small bruise at an entry point is normal, and light activity — including short-haul travel — is generally fine the same day.

After 2 weeks

Early swelling settles over the first few days and any bruising fades, so the profile begins to look more natural as the tissue relaxes around the gel.

After 1–3 months

By about two weeks the hyaluronic acid has integrated and the shape reaches its settled, final look. This is when the profile is assessed and any small refinement is considered. Response varies by individual.

6–12 months

Maintenance period. A nose filler result typically lasts about 9-15 months depending on the product and your metabolism; RE:BERRY will guide the top-up interval that suits you.

Treatment Process

Nose Filler — 4 Steps from Consultation to Aftercare

※ Illustrative images are AI-generated to help explain the treatment process.
STEP 1

STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation

Your physician studies your profile — the height of any hump, bridge projection, tip support, and skin thickness — and gives a straight read on whether filler suits your goal or whether surgery would serve you better.

STEP 2

STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream

After cleansing, numbing cream rests for 20–30 minutes. The sealed product label is confirmed with you before opening.

STEP 3

STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection

A small amount of hyaluronic acid is placed deep and midline along the bridge, injected slowly at low pressure with an anatomy-aware technique to stay clear of the vessels beside the nose. The gel is molded to shape, and the session is deliberately unhurried for safety.

STEP 4

STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide

Soothing care follows, and there is no incision and no real downtime — light activity resumes the same day. Any minor swelling or bruising settles over a few days, and the shape reaches its settled look by about two weeks.

Effects & Progress

Effects & Progress

Subtle Profile Refinement

Many people want only a subtle change to their profile — a sharp little hump softened, a low bridge lifted slightly, a drooping tip given gentle support. Nose filler places a small amount of cross-linked hyaluronic acid to achieve exactly that kind of refinement in a single non-surgical session, adding volume along the midline without removing structure. It is an additive, conservative treatment, and the change is intentionally subtle.

Fine Lines & Pores

Being candid about what filler cannot do is part of doing it safely. Because hyaluronic acid adds volume, it cannot remove a large hump, narrow a wide nose, shorten a long one, or rebuild structure — those changes require surgery. Nose filler suits subtle, additive refinements to a profile, and no specific aesthetic outcome can be promised because every nose and every response is different. RE:BERRY offers only the non-surgical option and refers you out when surgery is genuinely the right answer.

Texture & Glow

The nose deserves particular caution because the vessels feeding its skin connect toward the eye, so a filler complication here — although rare — can be serious, including skin necrosis or vision-related events reported in the literature. Prevention rests on technique the physician controls: injecting small volumes slowly at low pressure, staying deep and midline in a relatively avascular plane, aspirating and moving the needle or cannula, and keeping hyaluronidase and an emergency plan ready. This is why physician experience and an unhurried approach matter more in the nose than almost anywhere else on the face.

Dissolvable HA Safety Net

A defining safety feature of hyaluronic acid filler is that it can be dissolved: an enzyme called hyaluronidase breaks HA down, so placed gel can be adjusted — whether for a simple cosmetic change or, rarely, as an emergency measure if there is ever a vascular concern. That reversibility is a genuine safety net that permanent nose materials do not offer, and it is one reason HA is preferred here and the physician volumizes conservatively. Every syringe is genuine and the sealed product is confirmed with you before it is opened.

Nose Filler — 4 Steps from Consultation to Aftercare

※ Illustrative images are AI-generated to help explain the treatment process.
STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation
STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation

Your physician begins by studying your nose in person: the height of any hump, how far the bridge projects, tip support, skin thickness, and any history of nose surgery. From that assessment they explain plainly what a small amount of hyaluronic acid can and cannot do — it can soften a minor hump shadow or add subtle height, but it adds volume and does not remove structure, so it cannot narrow or shorten the nose. If your goal genuinely needs surgery, you are told so plainly, not sold a session, because the nose is treated as a safety-first area here.

STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream
STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream

The sealed, genuine hyaluronic acid syringe is shown to you and confirmed before it is opened. A topical anesthetic is applied, and because most HA fillers also contain lidocaine, the area is numbed before any placement begins. The physician reviews the small, conservative volume that suits the nose and the plane and technique for your case — in this high-caution area, less is safer than more, and the plan reflects that.

STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection
STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection

Following the plan, a small amount of hyaluronic acid is placed deep and midline along the bridge, where the tissue plane is relatively avascular. The physician injects slowly at low pressure with an anatomy-aware technique, moving the needle or cannula and aspirating, to stay clear of the vessels that run beside the nose — the reason the nose is one of the highest-caution areas in aesthetic injection. The gel is molded to shape as it is placed, and you can review the change in a mirror. Hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol are kept on hand throughout. The session is deliberately unhurried, because conservative volume in the correct plane is the core of safe nose filler.

STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide
STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide

Mild swelling, tenderness, or a small bruise at the injection points can appear for a few days; leave sauna, alcohol, and strenuous exercise for another day and avoid firm pressure on the treated area while the gel settles. Nose filler is a single-session treatment, and with the result typically holding about 9-15 months, your physician advises when a top-up makes sense.

Benefits & Results

What Nose Filler in Gangnam Can — and Cannot — Do

  • Softens a small dorsal-hump shadow: placing a little hyaluronic acid above and below a minor bump can smooth the profile line so the hump reads less sharply, without touching bone or cartilage
  • Adds subtle bridge height and tip support: a conservative amount of HA can lift a low bridge slightly or give a drooping tip gentle support, refining the side profile in one session
  • Limits, stated up front: nose filler adds volume, so it cannot narrow a wide nose, shorten a long one, or rebuild structure — those are rhinoplasty goals, and the physician says so plainly
  • Reversible by design: because it is hyaluronic acid, placed gel can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, a safety net that permanent nose materials do not offer and one reason HA is preferred here
  • Vascular-safety-first technique: the physician injects small volumes slowly in the correct plane with an anatomy-aware, cannula- or needle-appropriate approach, because the nose is one of the highest-caution areas in aesthetic injection
  • Same physician from consultation through placement to your review — your nose filler case in Gangnam is never handed to another practitioner mid-course
  • Published price you can verify before booking: ₩250,000 ($180 USD) per 1cc, VAT included, with the plan and volume set in writing at consultation

Why This Matters

Nose filler and rhinoplasty are not competing versions of the same thing — they solve different problems. Filler adds a controlled amount of hyaluronic acid to soften a small hump shadow or add subtle height, while rhinoplasty removes and rebuilds structure to narrow, shorten, or reshape. RE:BERRY Gangnam offers only the non-surgical option, and if your goal genuinely requires surgery the physician says so and refers you rather than filling anyway.

The nose deserves particular caution because the vessels supplying the nasal skin connect, through branches around the nose and eye, to the blood supply of the retina. Injected filler entering or compressing one of these vessels is rare, but it is the mechanism behind the serious complications reported in the literature — skin necrosis and, very rarely, vision-related events. This is precisely why small volumes, slow low-pressure injection, correct depth, and a physician experienced in nasal anatomy matter more here than almost anywhere else on the face.

In a high-caution area like the nose, who injects matters more than what is injected — and international patients know it: KHIDI's 2025 survey found 39.7% of English-speaking respondents put the doctor's credentials above every other factor when choosing a Korean clinic. At RE:BERRY the physician who assesses your profile also places every drop and reads your review, with no handoff at any stage.

Best for: Wants to soften a small hump shadow or add a little bridge height and accepts a temporary, reversible result
Nose Filler (HA)
A conservative amount of hyaluronic acid refines the profile without surgery, and it can be dissolved if you change your mind
Best for: Needs to narrow a wide nose, shorten a long one, or rebuild structure
Rhinoplasty (surgical, referred out)
Only surgery can remove and reshape bone and cartilage; filler adds volume and cannot achieve this, and the physician will tell you so

The Evidence Behind Safe Non-Surgical Nose Filler

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring sugar molecule in skin; cross-linked HA gel injected into the nose restores or adds volume that the body gradually reabsorbs over months, so a nose filler result is temporary, not permanent. The defining safety property of HA is that it can be enzymatically dissolved: hyaluronidase breaks the gel down, providing a reversibility that permanent implant materials do not offer and an emergency tool if a vascular concern ever arises. This reversibility, combined with conservative volume, is central to how experienced injectors approach the nose.

DeLorenzi C. Complications of injectable fillers, part 2: vascular complications. Aesthet Surg J. 2014;34(4):584-600. doi:10.1177/1090820X14525035

The nose is classified as a high-risk zone for filler because of its vascular anatomy. The dorsal nasal, lateral nasal, and columellar branches connect, through anastomoses around the nose and orbit, to the ophthalmic and central retinal circulation. If filler is inadvertently injected into or compresses one of these vessels, it can obstruct blood flow, and the reported consequences — although rare — include skin necrosis of the nose and, in the most serious cases, vision loss. A large multi-society survey of practitioners documented these vision-related complications and identified the glabella, nose, and nasolabial region among the highest-risk injection sites, which is why anatomy-aware technique is emphasized specifically for the nose.

Beleznay K, Carruthers JDA, Humphrey S, Jones D. Avoiding and treating blindness from fillers: a review of the world literature. Dermatol Surg. 2015;41(10):1097-1117. doi:10.1097/DSS.0000000000000486

Beleznay K, Carruthers JDA, Humphrey S, Carruthers A, Jones D. Update on avoiding and treating blindness from fillers: a recent review of the world literature. Aesthet Surg J. 2019;39(6):662-674. doi:10.1093/asj/sjz053

Because the risk is anatomical rather than random, prevention rests on technique the treating physician controls: injecting small volumes slowly and at low pressure, staying deep and midline in a relatively avascular plane, aspirating and moving the needle or cannula, and keeping hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol on hand. Consensus recommendations on the safe use of injectable fillers and the management of vascular events converge on these same principles, and they are the reason RE:BERRY Gangnam treats the nose as a safety-first territory — screening candidacy first, volumizing conservatively, and being direct that filler cannot do a surgeon's job and that no aesthetic result can be promised.

Common Questions

Questions International Guests Ask About Nose Filler in Gangnam

How much does nose filler cost in Gangnam, Seoul in 2026?

₩250,000 ($180 USD) per 1cc covers non-surgical hyaluronic-acid nose filler at RE:BERRY Gangnam — the regular rate, VAT included, published before you book with no add-ons. The nose usually needs only a small, conservative amount. The physician sets your exact volume in writing at consultation, and the dermal filler page covers HA filler more broadly.

What can nose filler actually fix, and what can it not do?

Nose filler adds a small amount of hyaluronic acid, so it can smooth the shadow of a minor dorsal hump, add subtle bridge height, or give the tip gentle support — a profile refinement. Because it only adds volume, it cannot narrow a wide nose, shorten a long one, remove a large hump, or rebuild structure. Those are rhinoplasty goals. At RE:BERRY Gangnam the physician tells you plainly which category your goal falls into before you commit.

Is nose filler a replacement for rhinoplasty?

No, and presenting it as one would be misleading. Filler adds volume and is temporary; rhinoplasty removes and reshapes bone and cartilage and is long-lasting. Nose filler suits subtle, additive changes to a profile, while surgery is the answer for narrowing, shortening, or structural rebuilding. RE:BERRY Gangnam offers only the non-surgical option and refers you out if surgery is genuinely what your goal requires.

Is nose filler safe — what are the serious risks?

Nose filler is generally well tolerated, but the nose is a high-caution vascular area, so the rare risks are more serious than for many other sites. Filler entering or compressing a blood vessel can, very rarely, cause skin necrosis of the nose or vision-related complications reported in the medical literature. This is why the physician injects small volumes slowly, at the correct depth, with an anatomy-aware technique, and keeps an emergency protocol ready. No procedure is risk-free, and safety cannot be promised — but conservative technique and physician experience meaningfully reduce the risk.

Why does physician experience matter so much for the nose?

Because the danger is anatomical, not random. The vessels beside the nose connect toward the eye, so knowing exactly which plane and depth are safe, injecting slowly at low pressure, and recognizing an early warning sign are what prevent and manage complications. An experienced injector who understands nasal anatomy and keeps hyaluronidase and an emergency plan on hand is the single most important safety factor — which is why the same physician assesses, injects, and reviews your case at RE:BERRY Gangnam.

Can nose filler be dissolved if I don't like it or there's a problem?

Yes. Because it is hyaluronic acid, the filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase — whether you simply want a change or, rarely, as an emergency measure if there is a vascular concern. This reversibility is a genuine safety net that permanent nose materials do not offer, and it is one reason HA is preferred and the physician volumizes conservatively.

How long does nose filler last?

Typically about 9-15 months, depending on the product used and how your body breaks the hyaluronic acid down. It is temporary by design — the gel is gradually reabsorbed — so a top-up is considered when the effect softens. No one can promise an exact duration because metabolism varies from person to person.

How much swelling is there, and when will it settle?

The shape change is visible immediately, and any swelling is usually mild. Minor swelling or a small bruise at an injection point is normal and typically settles over a few days, with the shape reaching its final, settled look within about two weeks. Most guests return to light activity the same day.

I've had a rhinoplasty before — can I still get nose filler?

Sometimes, but it needs extra caution and a careful in-person assessment. Previous surgery can alter the tissue planes and blood supply, which can change where filler can be placed safely, so the physician evaluates your history and scar tissue carefully and may advise against it. Tell the clinic about any prior nose surgery when you send your consultation photos so this can be assessed before you travel.

Does nose filler hurt?

Discomfort is usually mild. A topical anesthetic is applied first, and most HA fillers also contain lidocaine, so the area is numbed before placement. You may feel brief pressure as the gel is molded to shape. If you feel unusual or severe pain during injection, tell the physician immediately — it is one of the signs they watch for.

How soon after nose filler can I fly?

There is no incision, so short-haul travel is generally fine soon after, and many guests fit the session into a short Seoul trip. That said, because the nose is a high-caution area, it is wise to allow a little buffer before a long flight so any early warning sign can be reviewed while you are still near the clinic. The physician will advise on timing for your specific flight at your review.

What warning signs should I watch for after nose filler?

Contact a clinic immediately if you notice unusual or worsening pain, skin that turns pale or blotchy (blanching or mottling), or any change in vision. These are uncommon, but they are the signs that matter most in this area, and prompt action allows treatment such as dissolving the filler. Before you leave, the physician at RE:BERRY Gangnam makes sure you know exactly what to look for and how to reach help wherever you are.

How do I book nose filler in Gangnam as a foreign visitor?

Message RE:BERRY on WhatsApp with photos of your nose from several angles and what you hope to change — a coordinator replies in English as soon as possible, and the physician gives a candid read on whether filler suits your goal before confirming the ₩250,000 ($180 USD) per-1cc rate in writing. The clinic is reservation-only for international guests, staff interpreters cover 5 languages, and consultation plus treatment fit into a single visit.

Where exactly is the clinic, and how do I get there from Gangnam Station?

RE:BERRY sits inside KI Tower on Gangnam-daero, a 2-minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 10 on Seoul Metro Line 2 — 45-60 minutes from Incheon Airport by AREX plus subway or by direct taxi. Being steps from the station means your nose filler appointment slots cleanly between Gangnam sightseeing, dining, and shopping.

SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE

Science Non-surgical nose filler safety and technique — peer-reviewed references

Safe non-surgical nose filler rests on a clear body of peer-reviewed evidence about vascular anatomy and complication avoidance. DeLorenzi (2014) detailed the mechanism of vascular occlusion from injectable fillers and the role of hyaluronidase in managing it. Beleznay and colleagues (2015, updated 2019) reviewed the world literature on filler-related blindness and identified the nose among the highest-risk injection sites because of anastomoses linking the facial and ophthalmic circulation. The Global Aesthetics Consensus (Signorini 2016) synthesized these findings into practical prevention and management recommendations — small volumes, slow low-pressure injection, correct depth, aspiration, and immediate access to hyaluronidase — which are the principles that make the nose treatable safely when handled by an experienced physician.

These references shape how RE:BERRY's Gangnam aesthetic clinic approaches the nose: candidacy and realistic scope assessed by the treating physician first; conservative volume placed slowly at low pressure in the correct plane with an anatomy-aware technique; hyaluronidase and an emergency protocol kept on hand; and clear patient education on the warning signs of a vascular event. Filler cannot replace what rhinoplasty does, and no aesthetic result can be promised. This information is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
