Quick Answer

What is CellREDM in Gangnam, and how much does it cost?

CellREDM is an injectable extracellular matrix (ECM) skin booster derived from human acellular dermal matrix (hADM), developed by Hans Biomed — Korea's first tissue bank, accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks — and launched in Korea in September 2025. Unlike stimulation-only boosters, its micro-particles of purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin replenish the dermis directly as a scaffold, with residual stimulation as tissue integrates. At RE:BERRY Gangnam pricing is consultation-based: the physician assesses your dermal condition first, and your exact plan is quoted in writing before you commit.

Effects & Progress

Effects & Progress

CellREDM replenishes the dermis directly: purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin are placed into the skin as an ECM scaffold, so the treatment does not rely solely on your own production capacity.

TimelineWhat to Expect
Right after

Pinpoint injection marks and mild swelling may appear in the treated zones and generally settle within a day or two. Daily life — including travel — resumes the same day for most guests.

After 2 weeks

The injected ECM begins integrating into the dermis. Early improvements in hydration and surface texture are often the first change guests notice.

After 1–3 months

Dermal density and elasticity build as the scaffold supports the skin and fibroblast activity responds around it. Response speed and degree vary by individual.

6–12 months

Maintenance period. Results are typically maintained for about 3-6 months as the matrix integrates and normal turnover continues; RE:BERRY will guide the repeat interval that suits your skin.

Treatment Process

CellREDM — 4 Steps from Consultation to Aftercare

※ Illustrative images are AI-generated to help explain the treatment process.
STEP 1

STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation

Your physician examines your dermal density, hydration, and texture zone by zone — cheeks, under-eye area, forehead, and neck — and determines whether your skin calls for direct ECM replenishment, a stimulation-type booster, or a staged combination.

STEP 2

STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream

After cleansing, numbing cream rests for 20–30 minutes. The sealed product label is confirmed with you before opening.

STEP 3

STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection

The physician places CellREDM's roughly 75µm micro-particles into the dermis through a series of fine micro-injections, following the zone map drawn from your assessment. The fine particle size is engineered to pass smoothly through thin needles.

STEP 4

STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide

Soothing care follows, and pinpoint marks or mild swelling generally settle within a day or two — most guests resume daily life the same day. Skin quality builds gradually as the ECM integrates over the following months.

Effects & Progress

Effects & Progress

Direct ECM Replenishment

Aging skin does not only slow its collagen production — it loses the extracellular matrix itself, the framework of collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin that gives the dermis density and bounce. CellREDM addresses that loss directly: purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin derived from human acellular dermal matrix are placed into the dermis as a scaffold, so the skin receives matrix material itself, not merely a signal to make its own. Residual biological stimulation follows as your tissue integrates the scaffold, and individual response varies.

Fine Lines & Pores

CellREDM is produced by Hans Biomed, Korea's first tissue bank and a processor accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks, and distributed in Korea by Hugel following its September 2025 launch. Donated dermis is screened and then fully decellularized — every donor cell is removed — so what reaches your skin is a cell-free matrix of purified structural proteins, not any living cellular material. The sealed syringe is shown to you and confirmed before opening at every session.

Texture & Glow

The engineering matters for both comfort and precision: CellREDM is refined into micro-particles of about 75µm, a finer particle than earlier injectables in the same hADM-derived line, carrying roughly 160mg of ECM per 5cc syringe. That combination lets a dense load of matrix material pass smoothly through thin needles, so the physician can place it exactly where your assessment shows depletion — and with topical anesthetic cream the injections stay at the level of brief pinpricks for most guests, though the session is not pain-free.

Short Session, Gradual Build

A CellREDM session fits easily into a Seoul itinerary: the injection time is short, pinpoint marks generally settle within a day or two, and daily life — including a flight home — resumes the same day for most guests. The result follows a slower rhythm than the session: hydration and texture often improve within weeks, dermal density builds over 1-3 months as the ECM integrates, and results are typically maintained for about 3-6 months before maintenance is planned. Response pace and degree vary by individual and cannot be promised, which is why assessment comes first.

CellREDM — 4 Steps from Consultation to Aftercare

※ Illustrative images are AI-generated to help explain the treatment process.
STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation
STEP 1. 1:1 Personal Consultation

Your physician begins by reading how your dermis has actually changed: its density, hydration, elasticity, and the zones where thinning or crepey texture shows most, such as the cheeks, under-eye area, forehead, and neck. Because CellREDM supplies matrix material directly rather than only signaling your skin to produce it, candidacy turns on how depleted the dermis is — so the physician decides between direct ECM replenishment, a stimulation-type booster, or a staged combination, and your written consultation-based quote is prepared from this assessment, never from a fixed menu.

STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream
STEP 2. Cleansing & Numbing Cream

After cleansing, a topical anesthetic cream is applied and left to take effect so the fine micro-injections stay comfortable. The sealed CellREDM syringe — carrying about 160mg of purified ECM per 5cc — is shown to you and confirmed before it is opened, so you can verify the genuine, officially distributed product processed by Hans Biomed, Korea's first tissue bank, and distributed by Hugel.

STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection
STEP 3. Precision Dermal Injection

Following your personal zone map, the physician delivers CellREDM in a series of fine micro-injections, placing the roughly 75µm micro-particles of purified collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin into the dermis where your matrix is most depleted. The particle size is engineered for smooth passage through thin needles, and injection depth and spacing follow your anatomy, not a fixed stencil. The session is not pain-free, but with the anesthetic cream most guests describe only brief pinprick sensations, and the physician paces the injections to your feedback throughout.

STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide
STEP 4. Soothing Care & Aftercare Guide

Cooling and a regeneration cream calm the skin right after your injection session, and any pinpoint marks or mild swelling generally settle within a day or two. Skip sauna, alcohol, and hard exercise on the day itself. Results are typically maintained for about 3-6 months, and your physician guides the repeat interval that suits your skin.

Benefits & Results

What CellREDM in Gangnam Delivers — and How the Result Builds

  • Direct dermal replenishment: purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin are placed into the dermis as an ECM scaffold — the skin receives matrix material itself, not only a signal to produce it
  • Dual action, plainly framed: the primary effect is direct replenishment, with residual biological stimulation as fibroblasts interact with the scaffold — response speed and degree vary by individual and cannot be promised
  • Tissue-bank provenance: CellREDM is produced by Hans Biomed, Korea's first tissue bank and an AATB-accredited processor, and distributed by Hugel — the sealed syringe is verified in front of you before opening
  • Acellular by design: all donor cells are removed during processing, so what is injected is a cell-free matrix of structural proteins, free of any living cellular material
  • Fine-particle engineering: micro-particles of about 75µm with roughly 160mg of ECM per 5cc syringe — a finer particle and denser ECM load than earlier injectables in the same hADM-derived line
  • Short, travel-friendly sessions: treatment fits into a 10-20 minute window under topical anesthetic cream, with the same physician handling assessment, every injection, and your review

Why This Matters

The dividing line in this category is replenish versus stimulate. Rejuran and Juvelook are stimulation boosters: they signal your skin to repair or build collagen, and the result depends entirely on your own biological response. CellREDM places purified extracellular matrix — the very material an aging dermis is losing — directly into the skin as a scaffold, with stimulation as a secondary effect. At RE:BERRY Gangnam the physician assesses your dermal density first, because a heavily depleted dermis and a mildly dull one call for different tools.

CellREDM launched in Korea in September 2025, which makes Seoul one of the first places in the world where the hADM-derived injectable ECM category can be experienced in routine clinical practice. Hans Biomed has processed human tissue as Korea's first tissue bank for decades, and the domestic launch through Hugel means Gangnam clinics work with the officially distributed product under Korean regulatory oversight — a practical reason international guests fold a CellREDM consultation into a Seoul trip.

At RE:BERRY, one physician reads your dermal condition, plans the injection map, performs every micro-injection, and reviews your response — there is no handoff between stages. That continuity is exactly what international patients ask for: in KHIDI's 2025 survey, 41.4% named keeping the same doctor throughout as their top criterion.

"Before I recommend CellREDM, I read your dermis itself — its density, its hydration, how much matrix it has actually lost. Skin that is truly depleted needs material replenished directly, while skin that still produces well may only need a stimulation booster, and that judgment belongs to the examination, not the menu."

The Science Behind hADM-Derived ECM Replenishment

The extracellular matrix (ECM) is the structural framework of the dermis: a network of collagens, elastin, glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), and adhesion proteins such as fibronectin that gives skin its density, elasticity, and capacity to hold water. Cell biology has established that the ECM is not inert packing material — it actively directs the behavior of the cells living within it, including the fibroblasts responsible for maintaining the skin. As the dermal ECM thins with age, fibroblasts lose the mechanical support they attach to, and their collagen output falls further — a self-reinforcing cycle documented in dermatologic research on aging skin.

Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) is the medical technology CellREDM builds on: donated human dermis is processed to remove all cells while preserving the structural matrix, leaving a biologic scaffold the body can integrate. This approach has decades of clinical history — ADM sheets have been used since the 1990s in burn reconstruction and other surgical fields — and the underlying decellularization science, including how processing preserves collagen architecture while eliminating cellular material, is extensively described in the biomaterials literature. ECM-based scaffolds have likewise been characterized as templates that support constructive tissue remodeling rather than simple filling.

Wainwright DJ. Use of an acellular allograft dermal matrix (AlloDerm) in the management of full-thickness burns. Burns. 1995;21(4):243-248. doi:10.1016/0305-4179(95)93866-I

CellREDM applies this scaffold principle in injectable form: hADM is refined into micro-particles of about 75µm carrying purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin — roughly 160mg of ECM per 5cc syringe — so matrix material can be placed into the dermis through a fine needle. Two candid caveats frame the evidence: the peer-reviewed literature cited here covers ECM and ADM science generally, and CellREDM itself, launched in September 2025, is a product whose own clinical publication record is still accumulating; and because integration depends on each person's tissue response, the pace and degree of improvement vary by individual and cannot be promised. This is why the physician at RE:BERRY Gangnam assesses dermal condition before recommending direct replenishment, stimulation, or a staged combination.

Common Questions

Questions International Guests Ask About CellREDM in Gangnam

How much does CellREDM cost in Gangnam, Seoul?

CellREDM at RE:BERRY Gangnam is consultation-based: the physician assesses your dermal density, hydration, and texture first, then a written quote covering the syringe, the injection session, and follow-up is confirmed before anything is scheduled — with no add-on charges beyond that written figure. The home page lists the clinic's published treatment line-up alongside consultation-based programs like this one.

What exactly is CellREDM, and what does hADM mean?

CellREDM is an injectable skin booster made from human acellular dermal matrix (hADM): donated human dermis processed by Hans Biomed — Korea's first tissue bank, accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks — to remove all cells while preserving the extracellular matrix. The result is micro-particles of purified Type I and III collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin, about 160mg of ECM per 5cc syringe, distributed in Korea by Hugel since its September 2025 launch.

How is CellREDM different from other skin boosters?

Most skin boosters work by stimulation — they signal your skin to produce collagen and the outcome depends on your own response. CellREDM works primarily by direct replenishment: the extracellular matrix itself is placed into the dermis as a scaffold, with residual stimulation as your tissue integrates it. The skin booster overview page maps the full category as offered at RE:BERRY Gangnam.

CellREDM vs Rejuran — which should I choose in Gangnam?

Choose by mechanism and by how depleted your dermis is.

FeatureCellREDMRejuran
MaterialhADM-derived ECM (collagen, elastin, GAGs, fibronectin)Salmon-derived polynucleotide (PN)
MechanismDirect replenishment plus residual stimulationRegenerative stimulation
Typically suitsMatrix-depleted, thinning, crepey skinEarly texture change, repair-focused programs
The physician confirms which fits your skin at consultation — details on the Rejuran page.

CellREDM vs Juvelook — what is the practical difference?

Juvelook is a PDLLA-based stimulation booster: a synthetic biodegradable polymer that prompts your skin to build its own collagen over a course of sessions.

FeatureCellREDMJuvelook
MaterialHuman-tissue-derived ECMSynthetic PDLLA with HA
What skin receivesMatrix material directlyA collagen-building signal
Result rhythmReplenishment first, integration over monthsGradual build as collagen forms
Some plans stage the two on different timelines; the physician at RE:BERRY Gangnam advises based on your assessment.

Does CellREDM contain any cells from the donor?

No. CellREDM is an acellular product: every donor cell is removed during Hans Biomed's decellularization and purification process, and what remains is the cell-free structural matrix — collagen, elastin, GAGs, and fibronectin. Donated tissue is screened and processed under tissue-bank standards, and the finished product contains no living cellular material of any kind.

Does CellREDM hurt, and how long does a session take?

The treatment is not pain-free — it involves a series of fine micro-injections — but a topical anesthetic cream is applied first, and the roughly 75µm particle size is designed to pass smoothly through fine needles, so most guests describe brief pinprick sensations; sustained pain is uncommon. The injection session itself typically takes 10-20 minutes once numbing has taken effect.

Is there downtime after CellREDM — can I keep my travel schedule?

Downtime is minimal: pinpoint injection marks and mild swelling generally settle within a day or two, and most guests continue their Seoul itinerary the same day. For the first days avoid saunas, heavy alcohol, and strong sun exposure, and keep the skin clean and moisturized. Flying is fine, which makes CellREDM at RE:BERRY Gangnam practical even on a short trip.

When will I see results from CellREDM, and how long do they last?

Early changes in hydration and surface texture often appear within the first weeks, while dermal density builds over 1-3 months as the ECM integrates and fibroblast activity responds around the scaffold. Results are typically maintained for about 3-6 months, after which a maintenance session is considered. Response pace and degree vary by individual and cannot be promised — that individual variation is exactly what the physician's assessment is for.

Who is a good candidate for CellREDM, and who should consider something else?

Good candidates show genuine matrix depletion: thinning or crepey dermis, loss of density and elasticity, dullness, or fine texture change — often skin that has responded incompletely to stimulation-only boosters. If your concern is early and mild, a stimulation booster may be the more proportionate first step, and active skin infection or pregnancy defers treatment. The physician at RE:BERRY Gangnam screens this honestly at consultation and will say so if CellREDM is not the right tool for your skin.

Is CellREDM safe — where does the tissue come from?

CellREDM is manufactured by Hans Biomed, Korea's first tissue bank and an AATB-accredited processor with decades of human-tissue experience, and distributed in Korea by Hugel under Korean regulatory oversight. Donor tissue is screened and then fully decellularized, so the injectable contains purified structural proteins with no donor cells. As with any injectable, temporary redness, swelling, or bruising can occur, and the physician reviews your medical history before treatment.

Can I get CellREDM in Korea on a C-3 tourist visa?

Yes — visitors entering Korea on a short-term C-3 visa, or visa-free where eligible, may lawfully receive cosmetic dermatology treatments such as CellREDM; no separate medical visa is required for a booster session at a licensed clinic. Guests planning longer or more complex medical itineraries can ask about the C-3-3 medical tourism route, and RE:BERRY's coordinators can prepare visit documentation on request.

How do I book CellREDM in Gangnam as a foreign visitor?

SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE

Science CellREDM hADM-derived ECM skin booster — peer-reviewed references

The scientific footing for hADM-derived ECM replenishment spans three bodies of literature. First, ECM biology: Frantz (2010) summarizes how the extracellular matrix — collagens, elastin, glycosaminoglycans, and adhesion proteins such as fibronectin — structures tissue and directs cell behavior, while Fisher (2008) documents the fibroblast-collapse model of skin aging, in which a thinning dermal matrix deprives fibroblasts of mechanical support and further suppresses collagen production; Shin (2019) reviews these molecular mechanisms of dermal aging alongside current counter-approaches. Second, acellular dermal matrix clinical history: Wainwright (1995) reported the use of acellular allograft dermal matrix in full-thickness burn reconstruction, the surgical lineage from which today's aesthetic hADM products descend. Third, scaffold science: Crapo (2011) details the decellularization processes that remove donor cells while preserving matrix architecture, and Badylak (2007) characterizes ECM as a biologic scaffold that supports constructive tissue remodeling. CellREDM, launched in September 2025, applies this science in fine-particle injectable form; its own product-specific clinical publication record is still accumulating, and individual response varies.

These references shape how CellREDM is offered at RE:BERRY's Gangnam aesthetic clinic: dermal density and texture are assessed by the treating physician before direct ECM replenishment is recommended over — or staged with — a stimulation-type booster; the sealed, officially distributed syringe is verified before opening; and progress is reviewed with standardized-lighting photography through the integration window, with maintenance planned around the typical 3-6 month interval. Individual results vary and cannot be promised. This information is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
